I initiated this project to tie into Ms. Patti’s enormously successful dessert line. I was responsible for developing the book’s 75 recipes that related to family anecdotes, working under Patti's watchful eye.
A collaboration with me will bring your cookbook to fruition. Co-authoring, ghostwriting, creating publisher proposals, project management, recipe testing… I have done it all.
