And they said it couldn't be done!  Sarabeth Levine, the Goddess of Bakedom, and I have been working on her master tome for over ten years.  (OK, we did take a break somewhere in there...) Today is the day of its release, and she and I couldn't be prouder!  Introducing Sarabeth's Bakery: From My Hands to Yours.

In the next couple of days, I'll share some of my favorite recipes from this marvelous book.  There are plenty of recipes for everyday baking, but I am especially enamored of the detailed directions that we provide for real "roll up your sleeves and do some serious baking," such as Danish, croissants, and puff pastry.  You won't find such easy-to-follow instructions everywhere.  More to follow, just not this minute.
