Rick Head Shot 2010.jpgModesty almost prevents me from posting this article from yesterday's Star-Ledger, but practicality won out.  Thanks to Suzanne Lowery, a fine cooking teacher herself, you'll learn more than you ever wanted to know about me.  If you are up for it, keep reading for the link.

I attended your Thanksgiving 101 class at Chef Central in Paramus today. Can you please e-mail the recipes to me. My wife and I enjoyed your presentation very much and picked up some great tips. Thanks!

What an amazing path you had - from theater to best selling author. Good for you!
