I hope this is a very short entry, with few additions. But, no matter how hard an author and the rest of the publishing team, from copy editor to proofreader, works, there always seems to be a mistake or two in cookbooks. One of these days, I am going to do a publishing schedule so the average person can see how many professionals read a manuscript before it gets printed--and these aggravating mistakes still happen!
